No, we don’t require you to sign a long-term contract.
We also offer one-time services and as-needed services for pest control. If
you would be interested in a long-term contract, we also offer monthly,
bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, weekly and bi-weekly services.
If you require a treatment inside the home depending
what chemical we use adults, children and pets may have to be out for 4 to 6
hours. When we treat the exterior structure of the home adults, children and
pets should remain out of the area until dry.
Once the chemical is dry, whether
treated on the interior or exterior, the chemical is non-toxic to adults,
children and pets.
